To confirm your appointment a $20 non-refundable deposit fee must be sent to secure your appointment slot. This deposit goes towards your service and is required in case of cancellations/no-shows. CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking you agree to all policies. Cancellations MUST be made 12 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will forfeit deposit (new client only) & may be charged 20% of the service total. No-call/No-shows will be banned & charged 50% of the service total. LATE FEE: If you arrive 10-15 minutes late you will be charged a late fee of $15 If late time exceeds 20 minutes your appointment may be cancelled/rescheduled or charged a late fee of $20 depending on circumstances.
